Beta Terms of Use

These terms cover the MicroBlooming private beta. By redeeming an invite code and using the app, you agree to them.

1. What MicroBlooming is, and is not

MicroBlooming is a reflection and integration companion. It is not therapy, not medical or psychiatric care, not a diagnostic tool, and not an emergency service. The guide never gives dose recommendations, sourcing information, or medical advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number, or in the US call or text 988.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, including whether any practice you pursue is legal where you live. The app supports reflection around a practice you direct yourself. Using the app does not make any substance use safe, legal, or advisable.

3. Who can join

You must be 18 or older and hold a personal invite. Beta access is personal: do not share your invite code, screenshots of private conversations that are not yours, or distributed builds.

4. Beta reality

This is pre-release software. Features may change, break, or disappear. Data may be lost. The guide may respond imperfectly. We may suspend or end the beta, or revoke individual access, at any time. The app is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Beta data and feedback

During the beta, your conversations with the guide are used to measure what helps and to improve the guide's behavior, as described in the Privacy Notice. You consent to this inside the app before your first conversation. Feedback you send us (ideas, bug reports, suggestions) can be used by us without obligation or attribution.

6. Payment

The beta is free. Pricing introduced at public launch will not apply retroactively to anything you did during the beta.

7. Intellectual property

The app, the guide characters, and all content and design are ours. Your words remain yours. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
